By signing the sales order form or engaging with our services, the customer agrees to the following:

Service Availability: Our cleaning services are exclusively available within Singapore.

Free Cleaning Offer: The offer of free cleaning, as advertised on cleanbeds.sg, is valid only for first-time clients engaging in the following specific services: Sofa Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Curtain Cleaning, Topper Cleaning, and Cleaning Baby Mattress.

Payment: Payment must be made to Healthy Homes Marketing Pte Ltd. Only receipts from Healthy Homes Marketing Pte Ltd are valid.

Confidentiality of Customer Data: The information you have provided will be kept confidential and used solely for communicating (telephone call) with you regarding this transaction.

Furniture and Fittings Safety: We use reasonable endeavors to ensure the safety of your furniture and fittings.

Limitation of Liability for Damages: In the unlikely event that, due to human error or unforeseeable circumstances, your household assets are damaged, Healthy Homes Marketing Pte Ltd will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the usage of our services. In particular, we do not accept responsibility for any prior damage to your mattresses, carpets, rugs, flooring, or furniture.

Contract Completion for Packages: For 6, 12, or 24 times contracts, the services are to be completed within 6, 12, or 24 months respectively.

Unused Cleaning Credits: All cleaning credits not used within the time frame will not be valid, neither will they be exchangeable for cash.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations are not accepted upon completion of payment. No refund is allowed for premature termination of agreement.

Amendments to Terms: The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
